AI workshop for companies

AI as an application option for the digital transformation of industrial processes

At the Center for Digital Technologies, we shape the digital transformation of sustainable, digital processes. The use of artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming increasingly important for companies - whether in IT, sales and purchasing, manufacturing or marketing. AI-based processes and applications open up a wide range of possible solutions in the design of innovative processes.

But what exactly is artificial intelligence and how does it work?

We make AI tangible!

In our workshop "Deep Driving - get to know, experience & understand AI" you will learn in a unique and entertaining way how AI, neural networks and Deep Learning work. For this purpose, we invite you to the new research building Open Mobility Lab at Ostfalia University. Here you will teach our model vehicle ADAS how to drive autonomously through our course.

The workshop is an offer of the joint project of Ostfalia University, TU Clausthal and TU Braunschweig KI4All. With its innovative concept, it makes the topic of "artificial intelligence" understandable and tangible and has been inspiring young and old for two years.

The workshop uses the concrete example of autonomous driving to show how AI can set digital processes in motion and what prerequisites are necessary for this. The offer is aimed at people with management functions in SMEs and institutions in the region. You do not need any prior knowledge of AI to participate in the workshop.

Insights and exchange in the new building for mobility research at Ostfalia

Following the workshop, we invite you to a guided tour of the Open Mobility Lab, the new research building of the Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences at the Wolfenbüttel location. With its excellent infrastructure, the Open Mobility Lab offers optimal conditions for research activities in the field of mobility on two floors and over 850sqm since spring 2022.

Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to talk to DIGIT scientists, the science and technology transfer team, and participants from regional companies about topics related to digital transformation while enjoying snacks and drinks.
